Saugella has always stood by women, with the mission of making them feel protected—especially when it comes to their intimacy.
That’s why we decided to shed light on a condition that affects over 150 million women worldwide, yet remains largely invisible: endometriosis.

To break the silence, we chose to give voice and face to those who live with it every day. Led by content creator Erika Fratolillo and four other courageous women, the campaign aimed to “call it by its name” and offer a new, more open definition of the disease.

In collaboration with the Italian Endometriosis Foundation, Saugella launched a limited edition dedicated to women with endometriosis and provided free online consultations. A cross-platform content strategy helped raise awareness, offer support, and encourage more women to share their stories.
